Responsibilities
Managing relationships with our customers and creating new business relationships
Identifying, soliciting and developing attractive lending and deposit opportunities
Making good business decisions to avoid losses
Diligently collect and liquidate non-performing loans and accounts
Qualification
Required
At least five years of commercial lending experience
High level of understanding of all commercial banking products
Proven ability to market services to qualified prospects
Understanding of the financial industry
Commitment to community engagement
Ability to bring in new business for the bank
Responsible for identifying, soliciting and developing attractive lending and deposit opportunities
Ability to make good business decisions to avoid losses
Diligently collect and liquidate non-performing loans and accounts
Experience in consulting and client relationship management
Proven track record of client growth and retention
Highly motivated
