Layout of digital and printed packages including qualifications, proposals, award submissions, presentations, and brochures
Expansion of the firm’s presence in social media
Maintenance of project information database
Maintenance of digital images library
Coordination of project photography
Creation of PR material such as advertisements
Assistance with e-blasts such as newsletters
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, English, Communications, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the A/E/C industry
Strong written, oral, and visual communication skills
Extremely organized
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in InDesign, Word, Excel, and Outlook
