Responsibilities
Define and lead application architecture and technical decisions
Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to ensure clean API and UI integration
Implement core frontend features using React when required
Conduct code reviews and enforce quality, performance, and security standards
Work closely with QA to identify, triage, and resolve defects
Proactively identify technical risks and propose solutions
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript (production-grade)
Solid experience with React and modern frontend ecosystems
Experience designing scalable architectures and APIs
Familiarity with modern tooling (Vite, PNPM, Turborepo)
Strong understanding of testing strategies and CI/CD workflows
5+ years of experience
Strong leadership and mentoring capability
English level: C1+ (client-ready)
Preferred
Experience with TanStack Query, Zustand, and Zod
Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud deployments
Experience working with design systems and component libraries
