Responsibilities
Administer/Support Code Management Tools including but not limited to, Azure DevOps, Git, GitLab, BitBucket
Supporting Automation Platforms including but not limited to Ansible, Jenkins, Puppet
Administer Windows/Linux Servers
Developing Cybersecurity compliant Test Environments/Test Equipment (Linux, Windows)
Install software packages/updates to enhance operations and testing of production hardware
Troubleshoot production and development TE to ensure connectivity, functionality, compliance, and test integrity
Collaborate with Digital Technologies to integrate localized Development Environments to Enterprise Environments
Collaborate with Cybersecurity to ensure Test Environment compliance (using tools such as Nessus, Splunk, Ivanti, System Hardening
Collaborate with engineering to ensure changes do not affect the availability or test integrity on the TE
Support any and all reviews required prior for implementation of any changes to the TE
Qualification
Required
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience
Experience with systems administration of Windows or Linux Server Operating Systems (in Enterprise Environments)
Experience Administering any of the following Code Management Tools (Azure DevOps, Git, GitLab, and/or BitBucket)
Experience Administering any of the following DevOps Automation Tools (Ansible, Jenkins, and/or Puppet)
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
Preferred
DoD 8570.01m IAT II certified credentials (Sec+, CISM, etc.)
Experience with Windows, Linux (operating systems in desktop and server environments)
Experience working as a System Engineer with an understanding of managing Operational Technology and/or test systems in a production environment
Experience with SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres, IIS, and/or Apache
Troubleshooting ability with all Microsoft Windows and Linux systems to quickly return system to operational status
Customer service and training skills, including oral and technical written communications
Independent problem-solving ability of hardware/software issues
