Start in 2026 SummerTesla is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual for the Service Program Intern position to support the development and implementation of service initiatives. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve processes, ultimately enhancing the customer experience.

Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of key service initiatives in collaboration with the Central Support Team
Analyze operational metrics to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement
Coordinate resources, provide clear direction and timelines for deliverables, and delegate tasks across the team
Assist in the execution of key service initiatives, including production planning, shop loading, scheduling, and mobile service
Gather and provide feedback to stakeholders and the central support team, conducting project evaluations and identifying areas for process improvements
Partner with regional teams to implement quality and customer service standards, resolve problems, and escalate challenges as needed
Occasionally visit sites to review activities, implement standards, and provide feedback to the Central Support Team
Qualification
Required
Service or operations experience
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
High competency with Microsoft Excel and Tableau
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong work ethic
Ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with Tesla systems and reporting tools
Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours as needed
Valid driver's license required
Preferred
Some experience in operations leadership
