The Sr. Facets - Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for developing test strategies, plans, and cases for the Facets application to ensure compliance with functional and non-functional requirements.

Responsibilities
Develop and document test strategy, test plans and test cases to test the Facets application of high complexity to ensure that functional, non-functional and compliance requirements of the system are satisfied
Create test scenarios and develop test scripts to be used in testing different modules of Facets Application to verify that functional requirements are incorporated into the system design, including critical system components
Writing and executing SQL queries to mine, load and manipulate data on Facets backend tables
Follow Agile Software Development Life Cycle to log, track and bring the issues to closure
Multitask and provide consistent and timely test execution status to the management
Qualification
Required
Candidate must have bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering; or a foreign equivalent
+5 years of experience in the US HealthCare system and Quality Assurance
+5 years of progressive work experience in job offered/related occupation
+5 years experience with Facets back-end data model on Providers, Membership & Claims modules and Quality Assurance
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
Preferred
Candidate should have following technical skills: Facets (Required), SQL Queries (Required), Web Services (Required), VBScript, Quality Center, RQM, RTM, QTP, JIRA
+5 years hands-on experience working with EDI files (837/834/835/270/271/276/277) in order to create test data as per the test scenarios
+5 years working experience in the Agile methodology
2 years of leadership or management experience preferred
