In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely, professional interactions with our customers and management.

Responsibilities
Distribution of customer invoices and statements via mail and email
Record customer payments via cash, check, and credit card transactions and matching to invoices written by Carroll stores
Reconcile all accounts receivable reports to bank statements and ensure payments are properly recorded and discrepancies promptly resolved
Manage reconciling issues by communicating with store managers and customers via phone and email
Provide backup support to Accounts Receivable department by answering phones and assisting with payments and customer inquiries
Communicate with customers regarding billing discrepancies and questions
Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
Collaborate with sales department to address lien waivers
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong ability to calculate, post, and manage financial data accurately
High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
Excellent communication skills — verbal, written, and listening
Proficient Keyboarding with speed and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management abilities with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong knowledge of Accounting principles
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
