Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules for onshore energy projects
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to define scope, milestones, and deliverables
Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks, delays, and mitigation strategies
Perform schedule analysis, including critical path and impact assessments
Prepare regular planning and progress reports for internal and external stakeholders
Support cost and resource planning activities in coordination with project controls teams
Ensure compliance with company standards, project controls procedures, and contractual requirements
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. and reside within the United States. Remote work from outside the US is not permitted
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience on projects encompassing engineering, construction, commissioning and start-up phases
Fluent in development and analysis of Oracle Primavera P6 schedules
Ability to extract insights from a P6 schedule and support efforts by the project team to mitigate delays
Excellent communication skills
Able to work well across a broad internal and external stakeholder group
Experience with onshore energy projects
Familiarity with construction activities across full range of trades: civil, mechanical, electrical, I&C
Preferred
Excited about emerging AI applications and how these can be leveraged to improve project outcomes. Experience with some of these applications is a plus but not required
