Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a detailed daily, weekly, and monthly production schedule based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels
Plan sequence of work orders to minimize changeovers, machine flush, and downtime
Coordinate with production lead and setup technicians to ensure machine readiness and proper changeovers
Collaborate with purchasing on availability of raw materials, i.e. packaging components
Create and manage Inter-Branch Transfers to ensure timely movement of raw materials from warehouse to production plant
Communicate schedule changes or delays to customer service
Monitor production performance and adjust plans as needed
Issue work orders to production based on material availability and readiness
Qualification
Required
Authorization to work in the country in which the role is based
Ability to develop and maintain a detailed daily, weekly, and monthly production schedule based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels
Experience in planning sequence of work orders to minimize changeovers, machine flush, and downtime
Ability to coordinate with production lead and setup technicians to ensure machine readiness and proper changeovers
Experience collaborating with purchasing on availability of raw materials
Ability to create and manage Inter-Branch Transfers to ensure timely movement of raw materials from warehouse to production plant
Ability to communicate schedule changes or delays to customer service
Experience monitoring production performance and adjusting plans as needed
