Responsibilities
Actively coaching your team to meet benchmarks for quality and productivity
Meeting with staff regularly to focus on skill development and performance
Creating a pipeline of talented staff ready for future roles
Collaborating with peers on responding to escalated service requests
Participating in interviewing new hires, identifying talent, and onboarding new staff
Collaborating on workflow to ensure great service is delivered in a timely manner
Qualification
Required
SIE and Series 6 license required
Proven coaching and leadership experience
Effective communication skills
Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, resourcefulness and accountability
Preferred
Knowledge of Pacific Life Insurance products
Call center experience
Team management experience
