Sales Office Support Specialist

Responsibilities

Provides prompt, courteous, and quality support to all Sales and Service Team Members with regard to all processes, procedures, or applications used, including deposit and loan workflows
Produces and reviews productivity reports to ensure efficiencies are maintained
Performs monthly and quarterly Sales Office reviews, as required by Risk Management
Provides support for training for processes, procedures, and applications, as needed
Reviews, tests, and updates business continuity procedures and processes for Sales Offices
Provides after hours support to Sales and Service Team Members
Assists with ongoing departmental and bank projects, as needed

Required

Must have open availability. Some shifts will be 8am to 5pm and some shifts will be 12 noon to 8pm. Saturdays are also required. We are closed every Sunday
Teller and Relationship Banker experience, required
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to promptly resolve problems, while maintaining a helpful and friendly demeanor
Excellent personal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple language
The ability to develop a thorough knowledge of all bank and regulatory policies and procedures relating to Sales and Service Teams
The ability to work in a team environment
The ability to mentor, train, and coach people to meet requirements
Excellent time management, decision making, critical thinking, and organizational skills
The ability to develop a thorough understanding of bank specific software
Have a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Applications

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business or related field, preferred
Experience mentoring and coaching employees, preferred
