Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s demand generation strategy and campaign performance
Draft and design email marketing content, including promotional emails and drip campaigns, ensuring timely execution
Create engaging and shareable content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and promote customer engagement
Manage the editorial calendar for email and social media content to ensure consistent and on-time delivery
Contribute to the creation of inbound marketing content such as blog posts, landing pages, and eBooks
Monitor and analyze the performance of email and social media campaigns; prepare reports and share insights with stakeholders
Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (agencies, contractors, suppliers) to deliver high-quality marketing assets
Support broader marketing initiatives, including product launches and campaign deliverables, as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse, cross-functional teams
Familiarity with social media platforms and email marketing concepts
Preferred
Graphic design experience is a plus
Flexible, proactive team player; eager to take initiative and adapt to changing priorities
