Customer Service Representative - Meet Boston Visitors Center
Signature Boston is seeking enthusiastic individuals to work as Customer Service Representatives in the Visitor Information Center at Boston Common. The role involves engaging with visitors and helping them explore the city while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
Welcoming visitors to the city with friendly attitude & exceptional customer service
Maintaining an organized work environment
Remaining informed of local events, Meet Boston membership and programs
Offering visitors creative ideas of how to spend their time in the city
Stocking the center with current literature and merchandise
Selling local attraction and tour tickets
Offering visitors and guests assistance & selling merchandise
Other such duties that may be assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent customer service & communication skills
Ability to work some weekends and holidays
Ability to commute and arrive on-time
Must be able to wear a uniform (we provide Meet Boston shirt) & consent to background check
Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
Frequently moving stock or merchandise in boxes weighing up to 25 lbs
Preferred
Familiarity with Boston/Cambridge area helpful, though training is provided
Prior retail/point of sale experience preferred, but not required
Prior concierge and/or tourism center experience preferred, but not required
