They are seeking a dynamic New Business Development Manager dedicated primarily to seeking out and securing new business opportunities, focusing on expanding their customer base and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the HVAC sector, focusing on light commercial and/or residential markets as assigned
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, industry events, and referrals
Conduct business development initiatives, including presentations, proposals, and negotiations, to secure new accounts
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets and increase market penetration
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transition to aligned to territory manager
Prepare and present regular reports on new business development progress and account status to management
