Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day operational workflows for remote teams: manage task queues, track SLAs, and escalate issues to stakeholders to ensure timely resolution

Own onboarding and coordination for third-party vendors and service providers, maintaining vendor records and monitoring contract deliverables

Maintain and improve process documentation, runbooks, and SOPs; identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains

Serve as the primary operational liaison between Customer Support, Product, and Engineering—triage requests, schedule cross-functional meetings, and follow up on action items

Generate and distribute operational reports and dashboards (KPIs, SLA compliance, trends) to leadership and functional teams to support data-driven decisions

Manage operational tools and systems (CRM, ticketing, project trackers); configure workflows, support user adoption, and coordinate periodic audits
