Responsibilities
Read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and system layouts
Measure and order appropriate products in a timely manner
Coordinate & Oversee installation and commissioning of window treatments including roller shades, draperies, & roman shades
Integrate with home automation systems
Quality Control post installation
Perform system upgrades, software updates, & field modifications
Service calls, preventative maintenance, & ensure ongoing system performance and reliability
Diagnose and repair field-related issues
Maintain up-to-date field documentation, installation logs, and service records
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on experience installing motorized window treatments
Proficiency with leading brands such as Lutron & Crestronetc
Strong understanding of electrical wiring and low-voltage systems
Experience with the measuring, installation, programming, maintenance, and servicing of motorized window treatments across high-end residential and commercial projects
Experience on construction sites
Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools
A steady work history (3yrs between hops)
A pleasant disposition
