Voice Engineer
IS3 Solutions is looking for a Voice Engineer to design, deploy, and support advanced voice and systems solutions across a global UC platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in SIP-based technologies and voice applications, and will be responsible for mentoring fellow engineers while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities
Design and implement new UC solutions based on evolving business needs
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve systemic issues
Analyze infrastructure utilization and recommend scalable design improvements
Provide architectural guidance for both system and network components
Troubleshoot and deploy voice applications including call center platforms and virtual agents
Participate in internal meetings and cross-functional discussions
Engage in ongoing professional development
Perform other role-related duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Deep technical expertise in SIP-based technologies, voice applications, and systems architecture
Design and implement new UC solutions based on evolving business needs
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve systemic issues
Analyze infrastructure utilization and recommend scalable design improvements
Provide architectural guidance for both system and network components
Troubleshoot and deploy voice applications including call center platforms and virtual agents
Deep understanding of voice protocols and applications such as SIP, RTP, SDP, and TLS
Strong Linux expertise, including scripting and tools like grep, awk, tcpdump, vmstat
Extensive experience with Web Services: REST and SOAP
Solid problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Working knowledge of web protocols such as HTTPS, DNS, SAML
Familiarity with LAN/WAN technologies: Ethernet, VLANs, Routing
Proficient in using packet analyzers for diagnostics and troubleshooting
Proven ability to lead projects with minimal oversight
Strong judgment and solution-oriented mindset in dynamic environments
Excellent communication across documentation, incident reporting, and technical discussions
Team-oriented with a calm, professional demeanor—even under pressure
Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent work experience
5+ years of telecom experience in VoIP Systems Engineering
Demonstrated expertise in network and system design
