Responsibilities
Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across internal systems and spreadsheets
Use Microsoft Excel daily, including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data validation
Review data for accuracy, completeness, and trends
Generate basic reports and assist with data analysis as needed
Identify discrepancies and work with the team to resolve issues
Maintain confidentiality and follow data integrity standards
Support other administrative and data-related tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in data entry or administrative support
Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, and lookups required)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Reliable, organized, and able to manage routine tasks efficiently
Proven work ethic with job stability and longevity
Preferred
Experience working with large data sets
Background in analytics, reporting, or operations support
Familiarity with ERP or database systems
