Responsibilities
Design digital assets for email, website banners, landing pages, and social media
Create print and promotional assets including packaging, stickers, apparel, inserts, signage, and giveaways
Collaborate with email marketing to design and build effective email campaigns
Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teammates on campaigns that resonate with the knife community
Manage digital assets, file structure, naming conventions, and versioning
Manage your workload, timelines, and quality
Jump in on other creative projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong foundation in design fundamentals (typography, color, layout, hierarchy)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Experience designing emails and campaigns in platforms like Klaviyo
Ability to take direction, give thoughtful feedback, and collaborate effectively
Strong time management and attention to detail
Comfort designing for both digital and print
Excellent spelling, grammar, and file accuracy
18 years of age or older
2+ years of professional design experience
Portfolio demonstrating strong visual taste and execution
Ability to safely handle knives and edged tools
Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, typing, and screen use
Preferred
Experience in eCommerce or retail
Familiarity with performance-based design or A/B testing
Interest in knives, tools, or outdoor gear (we can teach you the rest)
