Directly engage with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the legal process
Build strong relationships with clients, providing them with clarity and support while working towards a favorable resolution
Qualification
Required
Must have previous legal case manager experience in a Personal Injury firm
Strong organizational skills for managing multiple cases effectively
Attention to detail for accuracy in documentation and communication
Proficiency in legal case management software
Excellent interpersonal skills for fostering relationships with clients and colleagues
Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a high-performance, energetic environment
