Responsibilities

Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and deliver business outcomes
Lead preparation of annual segment budgets and forecasts ensuring alignment with segment strategy and constraints
Drive and support development of segment technology plan and business cases
Track and report on segment financial performance (run & invest) offering insights and recommendations for improvement
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior managers and other key stakeholders
Develop business cases, provide financial support, and in some instances, lead business initiatives and projects
Develop skills & experience to broaden capability for performance in current role and to prepare for future desired roles

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field required; MBA is a plus
Minimum 7 years of progressive financial, business partnership, & leadership experiences
Demonstratable project & change management experiences desired
Understanding and exposure to digital technology, industry trends and familiarity with Technology Business Management (TBM)
Experience working with tools like SAP, Power Bi, Excel
Experience in a multi-national, matrix organization desired; Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience is a bonus
Effective communication and ability to build a compelling business case
Strong analytical skills with strong understanding of business, finance, and economics principles
