Center Based Program Manager

Firefly Autism is dedicated to providing high-quality services for individuals with autism. The Center Based Program Manager will assist the Director of Center Based Services with day-to-day operations, maintain a client caseload, and oversee instructors and therapists to ensure effective service delivery.

Responsibilities

Build rapport with each client, creating and maintaining motivation
Provide direct therapy to assigned clients
3-4 client caseload
Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
Effectively implement crisis intervention and physical management procedures
Provide crisis support to clinical team and center-based teams
Demonstrate skill in social skill development
Utilize assistive technology as appropriate to support client outcomes
Design and complete initial consultation and required assessments for assigned clients
Develop individualized treatment programs, goals, objectives, and data collection systems
Make instructional and treatment materials
Assists in problem-solving when programs are not producing desired outcomes
Collect, compile data, and analyze data; create visual representation of data
Monitor Treatment effectiveness and recommend program adjustments
Ensure treatment integrity across all implemented programs
Complete all required clinical documentation, including service notes and billing records
Maintain accurate and timely data collection and reporting
Complete audits, including safety checks, licensing, billing/soap notes, and documentation management
Maintain client confidentiality and protect all client and family information
Support client licensing requirements
Ensure compliance with Health Department and regulatory standards
Train staff on treatment protocols and applied behavior analysis procedures
Monitor staff implementation/treatment integrity and provide performance feedback
Provide clinical quality assurance oversight
Supervise Senior RBT
Participate in and deliver initial and ongoing staff training
Attends and actively participates in all team meetings for assigned clients
Coordinate and collaborate professionally with licensed professionals (e.g. OT, SLP, BCBA, Psychologist, etc.) to develop individualized programming, develop appropriate goals and objectives and data collection systems
Contribute to interdisciplinary treatment planning and service coordination
Skilled in problem solving instructional and treatment programs
Oversees scheduling for all programs
Support operational needs related to program delivery and staffing
Participate in initial and ongoing training in applied behavior analysis and physical management
Maintains active CPR and First Aid certification
Gain and maintain PCM Instructor certification
Engage in activities to expand knowledge of autism and applied behavior analysis
Participate in research efforts
Complete additional professional development and training as required
Completes assigned work and projects in a timely manner and meets established deadlines
Utilize effective communication and delivers professional feedback across multiple programs, individuals and other service providers, and families
Demonstrates flexibility in times of immediate change and urgent delivered assignments
Demonstrates excellent time management and organizational skills
Upholds the mission, vision, and values of Firefly Autism

Required

A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Minimum two years' experience in supervisory capacity working with clients across the autism spectrum of varying abilities at the toddler-adult age, designing, implementing, and monitoring programs
Experience assessing clients and developing clinical intervention
Experience in performance management and supporting a team in an intensive treatment environment
Experience and working knowledge of recruitment, specifically interviewing and hiring processes
Knowledgeable in typical child development (developmental milestones and social/emotional development)
Knowledgeable in Individualized Education Plan and educational requirements in Colorado public schools
Experienced in billing and regulatory requirements for insurance billing- ABA services
Able to exercise independent judgment and support program philosophy
Able to take direction from supervisors

Able to physically manage teenagers/young adults, provide physical guidance, physical prompts, and bending
Able to do frequent bending to accommodate and assist children
Able to lift 50+ Pounds
Able to move quickly and keep up with running teenagers/young adults
Pass crisis management training and safely apply all physical management procedures to all clients when necessary
