Responsibilities
Evaluate warranty and quality data to identify emerging issues through trend analysis
Drive actionable insights to improve product performance and customer satisfaction
Serve as a key liaison between the North American region and the Global Quality and ICT organizations
Support warranty system enhancements and resolve system-related issues
Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure accurate functionality and reporting
Use quality data to identify and escalate issues as the voice of the customer
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and present insights to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Strong background in engineering, manufacturing, or supplier quality
Proven ability to standardize processes and deliver results aligned with quality objectives and key performance indicators
Ability to evaluate warranty and quality data
Experience in identifying emerging issues through trend analysis
Ability to drive actionable insights to improve product performance and customer satisfaction
Experience in supporting warranty system enhancements
Ability to resolve system-related issues
Experience in conducting thorough testing and validation to ensure accurate functionality and reporting
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
Experience in developing and presenting insights to senior leadership
Creative and analytical problem solver
Demonstrates initiative and persistence in driving issue resolution and process improvements
