Segment Risk Manager Sr - Network Rules Management
Huntington National Bank is seeking a Segment Risk Manager Sr for Network Rules Management. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with Card Brand Rules and managing the alignment with Merchant Acquiring and Network requirements, while providing support to the Platform Sponsorship offerings.

Responsibilities
Partner with the Enterprise Payments process owners to help ensure the segment remains compliant with all Card Brand and Debit Network Rules
Develop first line policies and procedures in accordance with the most current Card Brand and Network rules and guidelines
Actively participate in the build and development of the Bank’s Platform Sponsorship Program’s methodologies, governance and oversight programs, ensuring compliance with Card Brand rules
Act as the first line of defense contact with the Card Brands for all card compliance matters
Prepare various reporting as required by Card Brands
Validate and support Huntington’s PCI and Card Compliance Program
Analyze and provide feedback on Card Brand and Network Interchange and Billing Practices in play with all card and merchant portfolios
Contribute to overall risk strategy with regards to the Card Brand and Network Operating Rules
Develop/ maintain strong positive working relationships with Segment leadership, colleagues and risk partners
Serve as a subject matter expert on Card Brand and Network Management Operational Risk and Integrated Payments requirements, industry trends and best practices
Effectively present results and findings from independent assessments and gain buy-in to influence any necessary change
Develop and deliver reporting to senior leadership and governance committees, as needed
Respond to internal and external audits, exams and requests for information
Assist in the evaluation of audit and examination findings/ observations and implementation of corrective action and responses
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 7 years of relevant industry and professional experience
Understanding and application of Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover rules and regulations
Preferred
Strong leadership and relationship management skills including the ability to lead up and across the organization
Holds self and others accountable for meeting commitments by setting and clearly communicating expectations and roles and responsibilities relative to operational risk within Enterprise Payments
Superior organization, project management and analytical skills and attention to detail
High-level of commitment to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal
Ability to deal with ambiguity, multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills to build shared agenda and drive results through collaboration
Ability to build a team, appropriately delegate and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
