Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Parker Hannifin is a Fortune 250 global leader in motion and control technologies, seeking a Regulatory Compliance Associate to support core global compliance activities. This role focuses on maintaining accurate regulatory data, supporting safety datasheet lifecycle processes, and assisting with global reporting requirements.

Responsibilities
Maintain regulatory data in SAP EH&S by updating required fields for raw materials, intermediates and finished goods, ensuring information is accurate and complete for SDS and regulatory compliance processes
Utilize Excel to compare datasets, validate information, and identify gaps or inconsistencies
Support the SDS lifecycle by preparing data inputs, reviewing generated documents, and coordinating distribution of approved SDSs
Assist with global inventory checks that support EU REACH, substance volume tracking, and related data requirements
Prepare datasets and documentation needed for regulatory filings
Track reporting timelines, required updates and data submissions
Organize and maintain regulatory records in an audit ready format
Follow established regulatory procedures and work instructions
Provide recommendations to improve clarity, efficiency, or consistency in process documentation
Support document control and version tracking for regulatory procedures
Partner with Product Development, Engineering, Supply Chain, Global Trade, Transportation, and IT to ensure regulatory data supports product lifecycle workflows
Participates in structured cross-training across three core regulatory areas to build functional depth: Regulatory data systems and SDS processes, Global chemical inventories and reporting, Product labeling, regulatory declarations and customer compliance documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Chemistry, Chemical/Materials Engineering, Environmental Science, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Supply Chain, or related discipline)
0–3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, product stewardship, quality, or a closely related function; strong internship/co-op experience considered
Strong Excel proficiency, including formulas and comfort working with large datasets
Strong analytical and data management skills with sound judgment
Ability to execute defined regulatory processes accurately and consistently
Clear communication skills and collaboration with cross-functional partners
Organized, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks in a structured environment
