Responsibilities
Develop and/or edit, including formatting, briefings and meeting minutes for SI infrastructure board
Refine project requests by collaborating with project requestors, stakeholders, and project managers to clarify business needs and objectives
Use data to form business insights and recommend changes
Identify issues and effectives ways to boost organizational efficiency
Use data analytics to derive logical conclusions and forecasts from implementing strategies that can improve performance
Assist with completion of written reports, office staff packages, support agreements, presentations, or other artifacts required by the Government
Provides customer service, representational and written communication skills
Assist with records management processes for office documents and files
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience providing customer service
Demonstrated experience collaborating, sharing knowledge, and working as a team member
Demonstrated experience in presenting oral and written communications
Demonstrated experience with PC platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated experience in standard business application software for presentations, word processing, and SharePoint-based websites
Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint for communication, collaboration, and document management
