Responsibilities
Enter and verify transaction data in CEIFX and related systems
Process incoming and outgoing order information, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Maintain digital documentation and update transaction logs
Support inventory integrity through system-based checks instead of physical cash handling
Prepare necessary paperwork for domestic and international armored shipments
Provide support and assistance to team members as needed including but not limited to receiving supplies and other office deliveries
Work closely with colleagues to ensure timely processing
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
Support the enforcement and adhere to all security policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Basic computer proficiency (data entry, Microsoft Office, internal systems)
Strong organizational skills
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
