Responsibilities
Lead and manage a high-performing team in the discovery and advancement of novel programs in Synthetic Immunity
Generate high-quality, original research that advances our understanding of T cell biology and tumor immunology to contribute to the development of next generation Synthetic Immunity approaches
Work effectively in cross-functional teams by collaborating closely with colleagues from other Research departments, Drug Development, Translational Medicine and Early Clinical Development
Qualification
Required
Ph.D. in Immunology, Cell Biology or other related field
Minimum 5 years post-Ph.D. of productive postdoctoral training and/or industry experience
Record should reflect high-impact publications, patents, and successful project transitions
Demonstrated expertise in T cell immunology, cellular immunology, and/or cancer immunology
Exceptional leadership abilities with a proven track record of working with multidisciplinary teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative spirit to work closely with cross-functional research teams
Preferred
Experience working with human and/or mouse T cells
Experience with engineering human T cells
Experience with syngeneic and/or xenograft in vivo models
Experience with deep profiling of T and other immune cells (e.g. multiparameter flow, molecular profiling, etc.)
