Responsibilities
Source and attract candidates for manufacturing and production roles
Conduct initial screenings and interviews on-site
Assist with coordinating interviews, orientations, and start dates
Maintain applicant records and track candidate progress
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Represent the company professionally on-site and to candidates
Support recruiting events, walk-ins, and job postings as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to multitask and manage multiple candidates at once
Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, applicant tracking)
Preferred
Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, or customer-facing experience
