Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable, low‑latency backend services and enterprise-grade APIs using Java 8+ and modern Spring frameworks
Build and optimize data layers across relational (Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB), ensuring performance, reliability, and proper data modeling
Architect and deliver distributed, multi‑tier applications on AWS, leveraging caching, messaging, and integration patterns for high throughput
Utilize AI‑assisted development tools such as RooCode and Claude to accelerate coding, improve quality, and enhance development workflows
Implement robust testing practices including unit, integration, and performance tests using JUnit/TestNG, along with CI/CD pipelines
Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive continuous improvements in code quality, scalability, and maintainability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field
8–10 years of enterprise-level Java development experience, including extensive hands-on work with distributed systems
Proven expertise with Java 8+, Spring ecosystem, REST APIs, and 5+ years of experience working with MongoDB/NoSQL technologies
Strong big‑tech–level experience with AI‑assisted development tools such as RooCode and Claude, along with deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and AWS-based application design
