Responsibilities
Leverage ServiceNow to automate processes
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications which support key Aeronautics Sustainment Organization
Develop code which interacts with relational databases (e.g. SQLServer, Oracle)
Qualification
Required
Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform including Scoped Application Development
Customer Service Management (CSM)
Flow Designer
Form Design
Table creation and management
Familiar with data sources and import sets (JDBC and IntegrationHub)
Familiar with ServiceNow Glide JavaScript Framework
Able to communicate with stakeholders to provide product demonstrations, answer questions, and receive feedback to iterate on in an agile environment
This position requires U.S. Citizenship
Preferred
Servicenow Certified System Administrator or Applications Developer
Servicenow Certified Implementation Specialist Customer Service Management
SQL
REST API development
