Responsibilities

Manages data center asset inventory while ensuring accuracy, updates, and compliance with operational standards
Coordinates third‑party vendor access with security teams and handles inbound/outbound logistics activities
Performs server racking, cabling, provisioning, and basic troubleshooting to support lab operations
Drives inventory cycle audits, data corrections, IAM tasks, and data‑bearing device destruction processes
Addresses hardware issues through ticket-based workflows while maintaining strong customer service and communication
Supports operational excellence by overseeing material movement, warranty activities, and procurement-related tasks

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related technical domain

Demonstrated capability in server racking, cabling, troubleshooting, and handling lab activities aligned with operational standards
