Responsibilities
Serve as the main client point of contact for the Tealium Implementation project
Drive definition and alignment of project use cases, business requirements, and success criteria
Own delivery of client scope as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW)
Coordinate across technical, marketing, data, and business stakeholders
Lead client participation in project kickoff, recurring weekly status meetings, working sessions, and project closeout
Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items
Ensure timely completion of all client-owned tasks and deliverables
Manage internal schedules and resource availability to support the project timeline
Facilitate collaboration between client teams and Tealium project resources
Communicate status updates, risks, and decisions clearly to internal stakeholders
Coordinate provision of access to test and staging environments, required documentation, data samples, and configuration details
Support validation of data collection, enrichment, and integrations
Help manage scope changes and support any required change order discussions
Qualification
Required
5 years of project management experience, preferably in digital, data, marketing technology, or SaaS implementations
Proven experience managing cross-functional technical projects
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs), preferably Tealium
Experience with analytics, martech, or tagging/implementation projects
Familiarity with Tealium, Adobe, Salesforce, or similar platforms
Preferred
Experience PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification a plus
