EFOR is looking for an experienced MES Technical Program / Project Manager to deliver digital manufacturing programs based on Tempo MES by Apprentice. The role is execution-driven, focusing on the delivery, readiness, and adoption of MES systems in a manufacturing environment, including managing interfaces and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Lead Tempo MES projects from design through go-live and stabilization
Own scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and milestones
Drive deployment, hypercare, and handover to operations
Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and integrators
Own Tempo MES execution on the shop floor
Ensure workflows support: Digital batch execution, Step-by-step operator activities, Real-time data capture
Align MES configuration with SOPs and GMP requirements
Resolve execution issues during go-live and early production
Manage MES interfaces with: Packaging line equipment, Printers, scanners, vision systems, Enterprise systems (ERP, reporting)
Coordinate serialization execution within MES-driven packaging workflows
Support CSV / CSA activities for Tempo MES
Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, ALCOA+, GAMP 5
Support audits and inspection readiness
On-time / on-scope Tempo MES go-live
Operator readiness and adoption
Reduced MES-related deviations
Right First Time (RFT) batch execution
Controlled hypercare and clean operational handover

Required

5–10+ years in MES or digital manufacturing
Proven delivery of MES programs in pharma
Hands-on Tempo MES (Apprentice) experience
Strong shop-floor execution exposure
Experience with serialization in packaging environments
Solid understanding of filling & packaging (vials, syringes, sterile)
Comfortable working across Manufacturing, QA, IT, Automation
MES: Tempo MES (Apprentice)
Connected worker: Apprentice workflows
Serialization: printers, scanners, vision systems
Integration: MES Automation Enterprise
Validation: CSV, CSA, GAMP 5, Part 11
Execution-focused, delivery-driven
Clear, structured communicator
Comfortable leading cross-functional teams on site
