Responsibilities
Collaborate on special projects that may include marketing campaigns, lead generation, or social media outreach
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining client records in the agency's CRM system
Ensure that client information and policy documents are accurately recorded and updated according to agency standards and compliance guidelines
Help to organize and format policy and procedure documents to ensure consistency across the agency
Input information for coverage comparison charts
Implement client communications via email or texts
Work with Dexter Cares committee to plan company events and community service opportunities
Generate reports on tenured clients
Input information and provide upkeep for company landing page
Assist with office administrative duties as needed
Work closely with marketing associate
Other duties as assigned
