Account Manager
Spectrum Medical Imaging is a leading distributor of imaging equipment and medical supplies, with over 40 years of experience. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and growing relationships with customers while driving sales and identifying opportunities for product upsell.

Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term, trusted relationships with key accounts. Understand client needs and serve as the go-to resource for product recommendations, training, and support
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop tailored account strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring a seamless customer experience while driving growth
Consultative Sales: Use your deep understanding of medical imaging products and supplies to assess customer needs and provide expert guidance on product selection, including contrast media, medical imaging equipment, and related supplies
Order Management & Fulfillment: Oversee the order process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, resolving any order issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction
Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. Utilize insights to inform strategy and offer value-added solutions to customers
Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with our sales, marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure smooth client communication, order fulfillment, and service delivery
Reporting & Forecasting: Track and manage sales activities, client interactions, and account performance in Salesforce or other CRM platforms. Provide management with regular updates on account status and sales forecasts
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years in account management or sales, preferably within the medical imaging, healthcare, or medical supply industries
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively present solutions to clients
Strong negotiation skills with a focus on customer needs, delivering solutions, and resolving challenges
Experience with Salesforce, Net Suite, or other CRM systems. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales goals while maintaining a customer-first mindset
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts and projects with minimal supervision
Preferred
Familiarity with medical imaging products, medical supplies, or healthcare settings is a plus
