Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership on all HR matters
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary process
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
Manage compensation, benefits and back up for payroll
Qualification
Required
Experience in leading HR functions for an organization of approximately 100 employees
Ability to develop and execute HR strategies that support the credit union's mission, culture, and business goals
Experience overseeing employee relations, talent management, compensation, benefits compliance, affirmative action, and performance management
Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
Ability to manage compensation, benefits, and payroll
