Tesla is accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable energy, and they are seeking a passionate and experienced Content and Demand Generation Program Manager to lead efforts for the Tesla Semi. This role will focus on driving product awareness, education, and demand for the Semi, collaborating closely with various teams to position Tesla as a leader in heavy duty trucking.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to build awareness and generate demand for the Tesla Semi
Create compelling content and messaging that highlights the benefits of the Tesla EV Semi
Lead product announcements, in-app experiences, campaign planning, content creation, demand gen communications, showroom retail experiences, and sales enablement materials
Drive digital campaigns, partnerships, events, and educational content
Analyze performance metrics, customer feedback, and sales data to provide insights for stakeholders, iterate on strategies and inform product roadmaps

Required

Degree in Engineering or Technology or Equivalent Experience
Experience in product marketing, preferably in the renewable energy or automotive space
Excellent communication skills with experience crafting both technical and consumer messaging
Ability to be resourceful, and autonomously drive solutions in ambiguous problem spaces
Exceptional analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
Experience working in a fast-paced environment on several different projects
Demonstrated experience in coordinating with multiple cross functional teams
Driven and willing to undertake great challenges, and to manage development & validation projects across a variety of programs and initiatives, often with conflicting or overlapping priorities
Basic knowledge of engineering fundamentals and product development lifecycle
Understanding of logistics or trucking industry customer needs
