Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with Pacific Lifestyle Homes’ overall business goals. Partner with senior leadership to assess organizational needs, ensuring HR processes are streamlined and meet the evolving needs of the business. Lead HR initiatives that support growth and organizational development
Organizational Development & Culture: Champion a positive organizational culture that emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and high performance. Foster an inclusive work environment where employees are engaged, motivated, and aligned with company values
Human Resources Operations & Efficiency: Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, and performance management. Drive operational efficiency by refining HR systems and processes to improve overall effectiveness and ensure consistency across all HR functions
Change Management & Organizational Adaptation: Lead HR-driven change management efforts, ensuring that organizational processes are adaptable to shifts in business strategy, market conditions, or regulatory changes. Guide and support leadership in managing organizational change, ensuring clear communication and effective implementation of initiatives
HR Metrics & Reporting: Establish key HR metrics to measure the success of HR initiatives and their impact on the organization’s performance. Provide regular reports to senior leadership on key HR indicators such as turnover, engagement, and employee performance, utilizing data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent years of professional experience
HR certification (SHRM and/or HRCI) required
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director role
Proven ability to integrate HR strategies with business goals and operational needs
Experience with organizational development, talent management, and driving HR transformation in mid-to-large organizations
Demonstrated success in implementing HR systems, processes, and policies to enhance organizational performance
Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and HR technologies
