Responsibilities
Serve as a friendly first face at HQ! From greeting guests, candidates, and partners, you make everyone feel comfortable and welcomed
Act as a culture carrier by modeling ResortPass values and bringing positive energy to the office
Help create a warm, inclusive, and hospitality-driven environment for the team
Support day-to-day office operations, including:
Conference room setup and reset for meetings
Office cleanliness, organization, and restocking supplies
Light IT support (helping with monitors, conference room tech, basic troubleshooting)
Coordinate and order team lunches, snacks, and beverages
Ensure the office looks and feels guest-ready at all times
Assist with planning and executing HQ events, happy hours, team celebrations, and offsites
Help set up, run, and break down events to ensure smooth execution
Support onboarding moments to help new hires feel at home from day one
Partner with People & Operations teams on special projects
Identify opportunities to improve office flow, culture moments, and employee experience
Handle ad-hoc operational tasks with flexibility and a can-do attitude
Be the go-to helper when something needs to get done
Qualification
Required
Strong people skills! You're warm, approachable, and love helping others
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Proactive and resourceful; you see what needs to be done and jump in
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Interest in workplace culture, operations, hospitality, or people-focused roles
Preferred
Prior office, hospitality, or event experience is a plus (but not required)
