Responsibilities
Build and maintain Excel-based models, scorecards, and recurring performance reporting
Analyze operational and financial drivers (e.g., bookings, margin, utilization, backlog, project performance, working capital)
Produce concise written summaries and recommendations that support leadership decisions
Develop and maintain trackers, templates, and SOPs to improve consistency and visibility
Identify process gaps and implement improvements in collaboration with stakeholders
Support data quality and reporting integrity across core systems and tools
Lead special projects from definition through execution (requirements, workplan, stakeholder coordination, follow-up)
Prepare clear materials for internal reviews (briefs, dashboards, presentations)
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, finance, consulting, or a similar role
Strong Excel skills (models, pivots, lookups; comfort working with imperfect data)
Strong PowerPoint and written communication (structured, concise, executive-ready)
Strong ownership and follow-through; ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Professional discretion and strong judgment
Preferred
Experience building KPI dashboards/scorecards and operational reporting
Familiarity with CRM/ERP environments and operational datasets
Comfort with light automation (Power Query, basic SQL, BI tools) is a plus
