Responsibilities
Function independently, maintaining a clinical practice that includes outpatient behavioral health consultations, short-term therapy, and health coaching, in a model that integrates behavioral health into a primary care setting
Conduct comprehensive assessments, including history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations
Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, preferences, and medical history
Collaborate closely with healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
Document patient encounters, treatment plans, and follow-up recommendations accurately and timely in the electronic health record system
Qualification
Required
Doctorate from an APA-approved Clinical or Counseling Psychology program and Internship required
PsyD or PhD-level Clinical Psychologist
