Responsibilities
Communicate with customers, sales representatives, brokers, etc. to communicate customer order status and/or adjustment where necessary in a timely, pleasing and efficient manner
Receive, enter, and track customer orders to ensure timely shipments and correct billing
Verify that customer is not on credit hold before accepting an order and notify sales representative if a problem exists
Verify that orders meet our specified lead times
Publish and distribute reports requested by the Sales team and customers to include information regarding new orders, pick-up or delivery dates, purchase order numbers, inventory status, scheduled and actual production, and orders that have been delivered
Handle all product complaints with end users to assure proper resolution
Work directly with Sales team to ensure successful execution of Crider customer policy
Process sample order requests from the sales field
Qualification
Required

Must have good verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or sales preferred or 4 years of customer service experience
