Responsibilities
Architect and design scalable, reliable, and high-performance AI solutions leveraging the capabilities of Google Cloud Platform
Lead the development and deployment of machine learning models using GCP's AI and Client services (e.g., Workbench, Vertex AI Studio, Model Garden etc.)
Productionize models – model training, model deployment, model serving, model monitoring
Optimize Generative AI models for improved performance, scalability, and efficiency
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to comprehend their business goals, challenges, and requirements
Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights into how Gen AI solutions can drive value and enhance business processes
Develop prototypes and proof of concept demonstrations to showcase the feasibility and potential impact of proposed Gen AI solutions
Iterate on prototypes based on client feedback and technical feasibility
Provide technical leadership and guidance to clients regarding the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Gen AI solutions
Assist clients in understanding the technical aspects and benefits of AI technologies
Work closely with clients and internal teams to analyze and document detailed requirements for Gen AI projects
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents
Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Present and articulate AI solutions to CXOs with superb story telling narrative in a clear and compelling manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate Gen AI solutions into existing systems and processes
Optimize cloud infrastructure for Gen AI workloads, ensuring cost-effectiveness and performance
Design and implement robust data pipelines for Gen AI model training and inference
Ensure that AI solutions meet security and compliance requirements, working closely with the security team
Create and maintain documentation for architecture, design patterns, and best practices related to Generative AI on GCP
Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI and GCP to continuously improve our offerings
Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques, and identify opportunities to integrate them into customer products and services
Function as a technical or project lead and while mentoring junior engineering talent
Qualification
Required
Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred) with 10+ years of experience
2+ years of experience in developing and implementing Generative AI models, with a strong understanding of techniques such as Falcon, Llama2, Google PaLM. Gemini & Open AI
10+ years of experience architecting and implementing AI solutions on the Google Cloud Platform
Must have 5+ Telco experience
8+ years of experience with advanced natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools, such as SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face
Proficiency in GCP services relevant to AI/Client (e.g., Vertex AI Platform, AutoML, BigQuery Client, etc.)
Strong programming skills in languages like Python and experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services beyond AI/Client (e.g., Compute Engine, Kubernetes, etc.)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
Familiarity with data visualization tools and libraries, such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly
Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
Proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred
Google Cloud Professional AI Engineer or Architect Certification
Experience with DevOps practices and tools
