Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment activities, including reviewing resumes and matching candidate skills to open roles
Work with recruiters and team members to support staffing needs
Update and maintain candidate tracking tools and documentation
Help ensure resumes and candidate information meet role and compliance requirements
Support internal requests and data needs
Participate in team meetings and process improvement efforts
Handle candidate information responsibly and confidentially
Complete additional tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Current college senior or recent graduate from an accredited college or university
Resume and cover letter required
Customer service experience & skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ATS experience is a plus
Hard-working, dependable, and eager to learn
Positive attitude with strong people and communication skills
Legal right to work in the United States
