JUNIOR SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR
The Center for Health Care Services is seeking a Junior System Administrator to support their digital voice infrastructure. This role includes assisting with the design, implementation, and maintenance of VoIP/IVR systems, as well as managing user requests and privileges in a Microsoft Active Directory environment.

Responsibilities
Assists in the formulation of procedures and best practices for end users
Assists with the administration and management of the VMWare virtual environment
Coordinates the design, installation and maintenance of telecommunications systems equipment
Develops telecommunication solutions that meets the needs of the business units
Identifies telecommunication system problems and provides solutions on a routine and emergency basis
Installs, maintains and makes minor repairs to telephone systems
Maintains, upgrades, patches, recovers, troubleshoots, documents, and provides general support of the Mitel VoIP, faxing and ancillary systems to include the Call Center/IVR environment
Performs junior level systems administration work as needed
Proactively monitors availability and performance of all VoIP services, servers and storage devices
Provides assistance in one or all areas of telecommunications that includes testing, design and analysis
Trains and assists end users and coworkers as required
Upgrades, replaces, and repairs VM hosts, provision guest operating systems; provision new hosts as necessary
Performs other related duties as required
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in computer science, MIS, IT, or other related field plus
One (1) year related full-time paid experience with VoIP telephony systems OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal five (5) years' experience
Junior level experience of networking, Windows 10/Server 2012 operating systems, and eFax servers
Must maintain a valid driver's license and automobile insurance coverage, be able to travel as needed, and be able to meet on a consistent basis the driving record requirements of the Company's auto insurance carrier if you drive your vehicle during company business
Must maintain required credentials and mandatory training requirements to ensure compliance with all State regulations and CHCS policies
Must be able to meet the physical requirements to complete Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) and CPR training including lifting up to 12 lbs. and supporting up to 55 lbs.; bending, stooping and getting on and off the floor without assistance
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in computer related field
VoIP Vendor Specific Certifications i.e. Mitel Interop Certification, Genesys Cloud Certified Associate
Experience with Exchange Server 2016 and above, Mitel, SAN hardware, VMWare 7.0+
