Responsibilities
Identify prospective customer needs, identify the strategies, tactics, and people required to address the need
Review and manage pipeline information and customer relationships with competitors to identify potential new business leads, growth opportunities or future competitive trends
Document all activities in customer relationships management system for management view and oversight
Monitor industry trends, analyze and sell against competitors and identify new market opportunities
Build and nurture C-suite and executive level partnerships and client relationships
Qualification
Required
8 years' experience in the life science industry in commercial sales, marketing, operations and/or business development capacity
Proven track record to manage multiple selling strategies and approaches to market within commercial sales
Action oriented and results driven - move quickly and with purpose and has relevant experience in a B2B, consultative sales environment
Preferred
Advanced degree in Business or Life Sciences field
Proven experience in identifying, negotiating and closing high-value solutions and contracts
8 years' customer or service side or 8+ years' experience selling to biopharmaceutical industry sales/marketing or operations decision makers
Previous pharma rep/medical sales and manager background desirable
