Account Manager/Client Experience IT Managed Services

Soft Point Media is seeking a Client Experience Manager (CXM) to play a strategic role in their managed services organization. The CXM will provide expert guidance on IT infrastructure, drive sales, and foster account relationships while collaborating with clients to develop technology roadmaps and manage vendor relationships.

Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to develop technology plans supporting business objectives
Assist in creating and managing IT budgets aligned with client goals
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with clients
Manage vendor relationships, evaluate proposals, and negotiate contracts
Develop and implement security policies to safeguard IT infrastructure
Oversee IT infrastructure management, including network performance and upgrades
Evaluate and recommend modern technologies to enhance client operations
Prospect new accounts and conduct sales appointments
Write proposals and provide product training to clients
Manage existing accounts and foster relationships to drive revenue growth
Meet sales targets
Other duties as assigned

Required

Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in an MSP or technical environment
A+ certification plus three vendor sales certifications
Professional appearance and demeanor
Experience in technical sales and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong understanding of value propositions in Client/Server Architecture, Security, Data Protection, and Managed Services
Proven experience in sales tracking software
Experience with project management
Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
3+ years of Client Experience or vCIO experience
3+ years of IT or related experience
2 years of management experience
MSP: 2 years (Required)

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred
BA/BS, preferably in computer science, business administration or a related field
