BCM Temporary - Administrative Support

Responsibilities

Takes detailed meeting minutes, proofreads, and distributes to relevant stakeholders as requested
Assists with calendar management, schedules meetings, books meeting rooms, and sets up virtual meetings
Provides backup support to the Pediatrician-in-Chief’s administrative staff during absences or high-volume periods
Offers basic project management support to help leaders stay on track with deadlines and deliverables
Processes financial tasks such as membership renewals, purchases, and arranges catering for meetings and events
Coordinates logistics for events including securing venues, submits contracts for approval, and ensures events meet the standards set by the Pediatrician-in-Chief

Required

High school diploma or GED
Three years of relevant experience
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout the duration of employment
