Treasury Management Operations Specialist

Community Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Operations Specialist to manage the onboarding and implementation process for treasury management products. The role focuses on operational support, compliance, and enhancing client experiences while mitigating risks associated with treasury management operations.

Responsibilities

Accountable for product implementation, data management, quality control, and process workflows
Demonstrates mastery level proficiency in all Treasury Management & Depository products and processes
Accountable for compliance and risk controls
Coordinates and collaborates with AML and BSA for ensuring controls are adhered to
Lead Implementations for clients which could include product agreements, testing and training
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client experience is met
Facilitating new processes, tools and training to ensure the clients and bank’s success
Assist in the development of the sales and deposit strategy, procedures to achieve the overall banks’ goals
Spearhead internal audits and reviews
Participate in technology requirements for enhancing products or processes
Cross-Training as needed with other internal TM Departments for additional support

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of combined sales and depository / treasury management experience – preferably at a financial institution
Exceptional interpersonal skills, communication and presentation skills
Exceptional planning, time management and organizational skills
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and build relationships
The ability to work in a high-energy environment, fast-paced work environment and adapt quickly to changing situations
Knowledge of practices, behaviors, applicable laws, rules and regulations governing proper business conduct
Knowledge of successful approaches, tools and techniques for dealing with changes and adapting to a changing environment
Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers
Manages workload, works efficiently, meets goals and objectives
